- How to wear-:
1. Wear only when legs are dry
2. Adjust the tightness accordingly.
3. While standing up, concentrate on heels part where the muscle will stretch.
4. Recommended to be worn 5-10 minutes everytime and 2-3 times per day - CAUTIONS:-
Not reommended for those with backbone problem, pregnancy, and kids.
